How does it work?
The Lighthouse Coaching Programme for individuals avails 4 coaching sessions to enrolless. These sessions are spread over a period to be agreed with the coach.
Enrollment is open to the 18th of August 2023 and you get to choose when you start your first session. During the introductory session, the parameters for future sessions will be agreed and calendar invites will be sent out to set aside blocks of time for sessions.

Our group coaching sessions are a heightened experience as they give the feel of everyone being in the same room. Enrollees engage in collaborative projects, participate in interactive workshops, and to exchange ideas and get peer feedback.

THE LIGHTHOUSE: INDIVIDUAL
Our Lighthouse coaching programme is for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) specialists that are eager to enhance their skills, excel in their role, and make a significant impact in their MERL practice.
Clients have access to experts with strong industry experience through four sessions, each lasting for one hour. These sessions can be spread over a three-month period at the maximum.
THE LIGHTHOUSE: GROUP
This programme allows three to five individuals have access to four coaching sessions lasting for one hour each and spread over a maximum three-month period. The sessions with members of the group happen at the same time.
Individuals can independently form their groups and enrol into the programme or be assigned to group coaching by their organisations.
THE LIGHTHOUSE: LITE
Lighthouse light is a simple CV review service. Send in a draft of your CV with relevant information after paying for the service.
THE LIGHTHOUSE: BRITE
Lighthouse brite is a variation of our CV review service. In addition to our offer on lighthouse light, we include a session to have a conversation with a career development coach to go over your career goals and steer you towards optimising your career.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my coach?
If you are unsatisfied with your coaching, please reach out providing details of the challenges you face. A member of our helpdesk will set up a meeting to discuss the challenges you are facing and specify any needs that ought to be addressed. If your designated host is unable to support you properly, a different coach will be assigned.
How do I schedule my appointment?
After enrolling in the Lighthouse coaching programme, you'll be directed to a Calendar to schedule your first session at your convenience. You will subsequently receive further instructions on how to prepare for the first appointment and at this session, future appointments will be decided.
Can I enroll for coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
Our coaches work with you from where you are and support you to get to where you want to be... if the signposts move, well move with you until we see you achieve your goals.
